     I was given a 4 hour window for the appointment time and the technician arrived 10 minutes after the start of the appointment window.  The AC unit was not working at all and it was repaired and running back to normal within the hour and the service technician stayed to make sure everything was working correctly.  I was so grateful that he arrived at the beginning of the appointment time and my day was freed up.  He was also very courteous and thorough.
